gtk1.1 or gtk1.0?

Ok guys.

>From what I understand, gnome is going to follow gtk 1.1?  If this is the
case, which is fine with me, we (or timj since he knows what he changed) need
to make gnome work with gtk1.1's new accel stuff.

I really don't feel like recompiling all of gnome against 1.0, so lets fix it
for 1.1 :)
