After I finish this gnome-pilot stuff(Or until it works reasonably) I was
going to try to write a animation player with a decent codec interface.
The problem is that I don't have access to the MPEG spec.  This isn't too
much of a problem since I do have other free code I can look at that only
works in 8bit mode but it doesn't handle D-frames and I don't know how to
decode them.
