Not that I know of.

I don't think it would be too hard to do however.  Especially if you
took Norm Walsh's DSSSL stylesheets, and adapted them to spit out
Texinfo instead of HTML.

I'm not terribly familiar with DocBook or Texinfo, or DSSSL for that
matter, but it would be an interesting project.  Count me in.
