Hi,

I also had this problem also in XPutPixel32 () - and I discovered that
this only appears on 24 and 32 bit displays - when you use a 16 bit
display everything should work fine.

The problem occured with RH 5.1, Debian and SuSE - so we should consider
it as a real bug.
