gmenu (gnome menu editor) now built in CVS

Hello,

I would like everyone to know that gmenu has been
enabled to compile and install from CVS. (gnome-core)

gmenu requires the latest development version of GTK,
so if that is not found, it will be disabled. (I used a
check for gtk/gtkctree.h)

It's not complete. But gmenu is to a useful stage and fairly
stable, criticisms wanted / accepted.
