GNOME TODO list now automated

I have the GNOME TODO list automated now, so that once an hour
the current TODO file is checked out of CVS and converted to HTML
on the GNOME website. See http://www.gnome.org/devel/todo.shtml.

There are some simple rules for formatting the TODO file so that
the HTML conversion will look nice. These are in the TODO file.
Please try to keep the format of this file intact when adding/deleting
items. You can also send email to todo@gnome.org and I'll do it for you.
