Well, the standard is only nice to look at, but
difficult to use, e.g.:
- the arrows are too small on large monitors
- the path from "up" to "down" is too far
(I love the suggestion with right buttom = reverse direction.
Which only adds, but not changes anything)
- scroll bars that reduce length 0 are hard to use
Suggestion for the gnome standard:
- right buttom feature for other direction
- minmal size for scroll bar
