I can't answer with total authority, but... I wouldn't worry about it
for now.  Support for right-to-left languages doesn't seem to be
addressed.  (Well, maybe the text would render correctly; I haven't
checked.  But really most windows should be mirror-reversed, which
they definitely aren't.)

For buttons you probably want the text below the images, right?
