I even deleted COPYING and INSTALL from freecell.  I also think intl/
should be deleted, which can be generated by gettextize.

If the files are checked into the CVS, we must update them in every
time when automake/libtool/gettext's versions are raised.  GNOME CVS
must contain GNOME stuffs.
