gtk+ is the module name for Gtk.  Please, check Jim Pick's webcvs
interface to find out which modules are on CVS.

MICO is not yet on CVS, we probably should put it there, as we already
have Elliot's MICO-C patches and I would like to have all of the MICO
toys use a environment variable to configure themselves (instead of
~/.micorc).
