Good point.  This is the approach Sun took with OpenWindows.  All
OpenWindows applications have a consistent look and feel.  That look
and feel is well matched by the window manager, olwm.  It is important 
to note that users are perfectly welcome to change their window
manager and still run OpenWindows applications.
