Errors building gtk+ from cvs

Hi Guys,
I got a little spare time now so I can play with gnome again :).
I got the cvs versions of glib gtk+ imlib etc and I also picked up libtool
1.2 and gettext 0.10 ( is there a higher version avaiable). Well I decide
to install this to /usr/local so i set my aclocal flags appropriatly and
my ld.so.conf is set so I begin to compile. libtool, gettext, & glib build
and install to /usr/local I then did a ldconfig -v to make sure things
were correct. I get to gtk+, I do ./autogen.sh --prefix=/usr/local and I
get this (below). Am I missing another prerequisite? My specs are RH 5.1
fully updated using egcs 1.1.1 built from scatch on a 533LX, Alpha. Any
ideas? Thanks for you help.
