WM hints (IMPORTANT)

Hi:
In the GUI list we are discussing some things that may require colaboration
and advice from the guys who decide the hints that make a wm to be Gnome
compliant.

Can all guys interested in this wm thing join us? If already there, please
speak, not lurk. Or at least send me a mail so I can send back a report.
