Why doesnt pixmaps/gnome-stock-imlib.h exist?

libgnomeui/gnome-stock.c includes pixmaps/gnome-stock-imlib.h,
although the second file doesnt exist. Well, it exists, but contains
nothing but a copyright. This causes gnome-stock.c to barf
on the compile with about 150 errors related to a structure
which, obviously, relies on some information from this file, 
(which doesnt seem to exist) to define the stock gnome pixmaps.
