MDI

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this list, so forgive me if this question has already been
discussed...

Does anyone have any example code and/or screenshots (preferably both),
of the non-notebook-style MDI?

I'm writing a new application which i would like to make
GNOME-compliant, and the notebook-style MDI is really not suitable, so
i'd like to see other peoples' efforts in the area of MDI.
