New release of gnorpm

Hello,

I have just made a new release of gnorpm (an GNOME frontend for RPM) that
should work with the new gnome libraries.

It doesn't contain many new features, and is mainly just an update to the
current state of the GNOME API.  The things it does add are displaying the
URL attribute for an RPM as a clickable link, and Showing the packager's
name as a clickable mailto: hyperlink (if the mail address was included).
