Without further ado:

gmix:
1) Gmix changes mixer settings on startup, rather than adjusting its
sliders.
2) I have two mixer devices, one with just 4 sliders. Its page in gmix
is still as wide as the one for my SB, so there's a great deal of empty
space on that page. I find that ugly.

mixer applet:
1) If dragged by its slider, the slider becomes permanently insensitive
and other weirdness may occur. At one time, right-clicks to any panel
applet would cause the mixer applet to decrease the volume.
2) I've just noticed the mixer applet behaving this way without having
been dragged by the slider.

netload applet:
1) I changed the device to 'eth0', closed the property window, came
back, and found that the device name input line contained garbage.

clock applet:
1) Does not remember preferences (12/24hr setting)
2) Is wider than it needs to be when started, but shrinks when moved.
Perhaps it matters that I'm using the metal theme.

panel:
1) Let's say I have a bunch of applets on the far right of the panel and
the rightmost of those is closed and restarted. Moving the applet back
to the far right shifts all the other applets left by one width of the
restarted applet. I'm not sure if this can be avoided, but it bugs me.

window placement:
Windows (property windows) have an annoying habit of popping up with the
bottom part off-screen. The amount that goes off-screen looks
suspiciously like the height of the titlebar. I'm using WindowMaker.

background properties:
I'd like the ability to specify a program (such as xearth) to draw my
background. I could, of course, use the session properties have xearth
started with gnome, but then I'd like a 'leave the background alone'
option in background-properties.

That's all for now
