You don't give us much to go on, what is "*"? The copies of the GNOME
RPMs I see from the server don't have the dependencies you are listing.
You might be using old versions of the RPMS. Are you following the RPM
instructions from http://www.gnome.org/start/getting_rh.shtml ?

>From what I do see there, libqt is the old name for the QuickThreads
library included with Guile. Libgmodule is part of glib. Glib
version 1.0.6 is located in the glib10-1.0.6-1.i386.rpm file from the
ftp site. Libgtop-examples is pointless to install via RPM, it is old
and if you need examples on how to use libgtop, you should be using CVS.

In the FTP copies of the GNOME (I don't have the RH 5.2 copies):
  * libgtop-examples doesn't exist.
  * gnome-games does not mention libqt.so.1
  * gnome-libs does not mention libgmodule-1.1.so.3
Where are your RPMs from?

Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Best of Luck,
