where to get the newer gnu-gettext...

Just out of curiosity, where would one obtain the 10.53 (i think that's what it
was) version of gettext?

I have looked on ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu, but it had 10, from december 1995.  I
have 10 installed, and having the problems associated w/ not having the
up-to-date version I guess...
