Where can I find LibGTop?

Hello,
I'm trying to compile gnome-core but it won't auto configure so I can't compile
it. The error I receive is this:

checking for libgtop-config... no
checking for libgtop - version >= 0.25.0... no
configure: error: LibGTop >= 0.25.0 not found

Where can I find LibGTop? Is it in the anon cvs yet?
