Still got some problems

Hi

I have cleared the drive off and
reinstalled and I'm still
getting errors trying to run Gnome

Why is Gnome looking for ICEwm? is this
saying I can't use E?
I notice too if I run the panel and try
to put the pager on the panel
it saya I need to run a wm with
XA_extentions.
