Announce: gnome-utils/gdiskfree now uses libgtop

Short announce:

gdiskfree from gnome-utils now requires libgtop to be built.
This means we do no longer need the large mountlist stuff in
`configure.in' and `acconfig.h'.

LibGTop 0.25 seems to be pretty stable now (you can also get
it from the GNOME ftp site now) and I think it's better to have
one copy of the mountlist and fsusage code so it's more easy
to fix bugs in it.
