Announce: gnome-core/applets now use libgtop

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

Short announce:

The diskusage, cpuload and cpumemusage applets in gnome-core
now require libgtop to be built.

For the diskusage applet, this means that we no longer need to have
all the large mountlist stuff in `configure.in' and `acconfig.h'.
Also this fixes the 10-filesystems-limitation that was reported as
bug some days ago.

The cpuload and cpumemusage applets formerly worked only under Linux,
now it should be possible to use them under FreeBSD as well (and under
any other OS libgtop has been ported).
