Software map change - authors please read

Just to short note -

 I changed the software map (cvs.gnome.org/applist) so that the
download url represents the location for a stable tarball. Hopefully
authors are now releasing stable source tarballs regularly. Also, if
your sources are in CVS, you can check the new 'Development sources in CVS?'
Yes/No radio button. This way users can go for stable sources or new devel
code from CVS.
