I think the time has come that the GNOME project joins the "Free
Translation Project".  Doing some test installations lately I observed,
there are quite a lot PO files -- but in most cases german messages are
not available ;-(.

I'm pretty sure, the german team at de@li.org is prepared to help the
GNOME project.
