Gnome-libs-0.26 fix version released

Hello,

As some people have noticed, gnome-libs-0.25 had several problems in
the internationalization files that made it hard to compile without
tweaking.  To fix these problems, gnome-libs-0.26 has just been
released.  It is available here:

	ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/v0.26

There is a small patch file for those who have already downloaded
v0.25.
