There is more than gnome libs that fails:

gnome-media-0.25:
make[2]: Entering directory `/home/hkelle/g/gnome-media-0.25/po'
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `../gnomovision/tvset.c', needed by `gnome-media.pot'.  Stop.

gnome-games-0.25:
[hkelle@arnold gnome-games-0.25]$ ls -l configure
ls: configure: No such file or directory

gnome-core-0.25:
In Makefile.in for gmenu all .o files seem to depend on
a file iconsel.h. No such file is in the gnome-core package
nor in gnome-libs, imlib or gtk. Removing the dependency makes it
possible to compile it.

gnome-utils-0.25:

gnome-graphics-0.25:
