Is this the proper list

Is this the right list to submit compilation errors and requests for
help????

I have only submitted a few but most of them have gone unanswered
despite
the high volume of traffic of other topics so I wonder if 1) this is the
proper list
for compilation help and errors and 2) if anyone on this list reads them
at all.

Please let me know back on this.
