gnome-guile

Heya all, I hope someone can help.
I'm having the worst time, compiling gnome-guile.

I'm on a readhat 4.2 system, libc5
i've used --with-included-gettext 
on all the other packages,
i've got the latest gettext installed

but i just can' get gnome-guile to compile and its driving me
crazy.. here is the error..
