Yep, I had a look around there and it looks like the library was not
installed then but it is now. A quick configure and make gnoneConf.sh
fixed things.
GTKXMHTML_LIBS="-lgtkxmhtml -lXpm -ljpeg -lpng -lz -lSM -lICE -L/usr/local/lib -
L/usr/X11R6/lib -lgtk -lgdk -lglib -lXext -lX11 -lm"
