Well, doesn't really matter to me much where they are, but some
stuff needs fixing:

 - Make the libgnome schemas actually work (weren't working for
   me yesterday, which is why I added stuff with libgnomeui,
   may have been fixed since.)

 - Make gnome-app-helper use the right schemas

 - Remove the libgnomeui schema file altogether if we aren't
   using it so people like me don't get confused and wonder
   why it isn't getting installed ;-)
