Some minor todo items

Hi guys,

here are a few minor todo items which just came into my mind:

a) find out which of the stock items in libgnomeui have been moved
   into GTK+, remove them from libgnomeui/libgnomeui/gnome-stock-icons.c
   and libgnomeui/libgnomeui/pixmaps.

   Really trivial to do and not much work ....

b) kill libgnomeui/libgnomeui/gnome-cursors.[ch].

c) write a test application for gnome-ditem.c

   If you want to do this, look at libgnome/monikers/test-ditem.c.
   There's already a test_ditem() function in that file. What you need to
   do is to call all (or most) public functions from gnome-ditem.h and
   g_print() their results or something like this.

   This can almost be done by a newbie.

d) Write a test application for GnomeDItemEdit.
