gnome-keyring Gnome-keyring as password manager

Is it possible to use gnome-keyring as a centralized password manager utility with syncing between multiple computers with different operating systems and mobile devices?

I would like to be able to:

- access password database on my phone

- sync databases on my computer and phone

- use it in Windows
