gnome-keyring Changing the keyring directory

I'll be updating the directory for keyrings on new accounts to the
standard $XDG_DATA_HOME dir: ~/.local/share/keyrings

I had hoped to have a redesigned keyring format at this point which we
could use in the new directory. However there's been no time to work on
that yet.

So basically if the old ~/.gnome2/keyrings directory exists, then we
continue to use that. But if it doesn't exist, then we create and use
the new XDG directory.

Anyone interested in testing this before it goes into git master?
