I've added debugging instrumentation to parts of libgnome-keyring. You
can now run an application with the GKR_DEBUG=all environment variable,
and see copious output on stdout.

Hopefully this'll help us debug the strange interactions between dbus,
blocking calls, and threads.

This is in master, and involves these two commits:
