gnome-keyring Hard coding pkcs11 config until next cycle

In the p11-kit project we're working on a standard module and options
configuration for pkcs11.

I had some half-baked code in gcr which I implemented during this
release cycle. However I've removed this in favor of waiting for the
p11-kit config that's coming soon. So for right now the various pkcs11
options in libgcr are hard coded [1].

Please speak up if I've missed taking something into consideration.
