This is a service that's started by the libgnome-keyring testing code.
We run gnome-keyring-daemon and ask it to register under that DBus service.

This is new code, so there could be problems with it.
gnome-keyring-daemon must be built (and installed) with --enable-tests
(and perhaps --enable-debug).

I just made two commits fixing libgnome-keyring tests. One of them might
help fix the problem you're seeing...

I've verified that distcheck works (after the above two commits), so I
think you could go ahead with just dist.
