You can use gnome_keyring_item_grant_access_rights() or
gnome_keyring_item_grant_access_rights_sync() to grant access to the
applications you want.
There's lost of changes on their way WRT to the access control (and
prompting in particular) in gnome-keyring. These have been discussed
some on the mailing list, and there'll probably be more discussion in
the future if you want to be involved.
