Maryland Library article, edits complete

I have finished my edits on the Maryland Library article.  Though I know much of it was quoted information from the interviewee, I took the liberty to correct some grammatical quirks.

As a technical writer, I wanted to remind everyone to use trademark and branding information correctly.  In each article, for the first instance of anything with a trademark or registered trademark, be sure to use the ™ and ® as outlined in the company's trademark information.  Also, be aware of appropriate capitalization and punctuation: for example, use "UNIX" (correct) instead of "Unix" and "XML-RPC" (correct) instead of "XMLRPC" or "xmlrpc."  I'd be happy to check on these things for people if they have a difficult time finding the information.
