Since commit 68aa276af9d6 (that is, any relase >= 3.26.0) Evolution started
using "Risposta:" as the prefix for replies, as the previously-hardcoded "Re:"
become translatable.

The general convention for software with Italian translations is to retain the
international "Re:" (see also some story about people going great lengths to
fix old versions of Outlook and their "R:" prefix, newer Outlook uses "Re:"
