From my perspective, it's fine to archive the copy of gspell in GNOME's GitLab.

Of course, translations depend on the GNOME infrastructure, so moving away from gitlab.gnome.org will impact those; I'll leave it to @swilmet to decide whether or not the trade off is appropriate.
