@cwunder, do you know if the engagement team has a preference where the release-notes should live under gnome.org? They don't really warrant an entire subdomain just for release-notes, but they don't make up enough of a site to act like a "download GNOME" site. I feel like they exist somewhere in user-facing documentation, like help.gnome.org is/was.
