Could a redirect be added so https://developer.gnome.org/libsoup/**/* redirects to https://libsoup.org/libsoup-2.4/*

All subpaths should keep working, e.g. https://developer.gnome.org/libsoup/stable/SoupSession.html -> https://libsoup.org/libsoup-2.4/SoupSession.html

If a more broad redirect is wanted then everything should probably go directly to https://libsoup.org/
