Jakub Steiner created an issue #542:

We've created an image/video heavy version of the release notes for GNOME 40, currently deployed with CI to https://teams.pages.gitlab.gnome.org/Design/GNOME-Release-40/

Currently it's a one-off situation and don't plan on doing this for every release due to possibly not having too many user facing visually presentable features.

The module resides at https://gitlab.gnome.org/Teams/Design/GNOME-Release-40

I'd like to request the site to be accessible under https://fourty.gnome.org
