ideally at some point it'd be preferred to only use one deployment and a set of environment variables to extend the number of projects the bot is expected to monitor instead of one deployment / instance per project :)
Indeed, kinda waiting till the number of pods grows a bit before investing into hacking the bot. I've been secretly hoping Gitlab would move the merge trains to CE and we would get rid of the custom bot before the number of pods deployed grows out of hand.
