Requested details

1. The list name: frogr-list
2. The rationale on why the mailing list should be archived (i.e project unmaintained): Initially because of the move to Discourse. However, the maintainer confirmed per private email that it's better to have the mailing list archived. I've attached that email.
3. Whether the list should be aliased to a specific other mailing list address: N/A
4. Approval email from the frogr maintainer Mario Sanchez Prada: Moving_frogr-list_to_Discourse.eml

Additional information

Please remember we only remove the list information, subscriptions and NOT the archives themselves which are kept around for historical reasons.
