The nightly repo has been pruned and fscked; it is installable to me with and without from-scratch deltas. org.gnome.Sdk/x86_64/3.38 and org.gnome.Sdk/aarch64/3.38 on Flathub also look good now, no corrupted objects in generated deltas.
