Additional information

This has been confirmed and agreed by the list owner, Matthias Clasen, @matthiasc via IRC/Fractal/Matrix on GNOME hackers. It's part of the initiative to move over the various mailing lists, see GNOME/Initiatives#18

If possible, perhaps update the mailing list description that the new place for discussion is at: https://discourse.gnome.org/c/applications/7
