I try to upload a tarball of pangomm

scp pangomm-2.42.1.tar.gz kjellahl master gnome org:
ssh kjellahl master gnome org
ftpadmin install *.gz

result:

Why do I get the warning? http://ftp.gnome.org/Public/GNOME/sources/pangomm/ and https://download.gnome.org/sources/pangomm/ exist.
