Infrastructure | "Unstable" docs link for ATK is now broken (#179)

Joanmarie Diggs created an issue:

https://developer.gnome.org/atk/unstable/ used to work. It now 403s. The "stable" link still does, but it would be helpful to be able to link to the unstable docs (e.g. when filing bugs asking developers to implement new API which isn't yet in the stable release).

Can this please be fixed? Thanks in advance!
